Super customer service today! I only wish I had the names of the staffers helping me. Everyone was helpful and friendly, from giving recommendations on their favorite products and ways to use them, to accommodating my mom with a chair in the store to wait while I shopped. I also appreciate the little samples at checkout too! All around a great experience!
I love the values the company has in general. Workers are always super nice and helpful, stores always smell amazing. The bath bombs are my favorite �

My first time ever inside a LUSH store, every employee was super friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. Finally decided on a face mask and a couple bath bombs with help from one of the girls (I didn't catch her name �).. wish I lived closer to come check out what else they have more often! Store is neat, clean and organized even for being very small.. was a bit claustrophobic when I went in but was totally worth it! Thank you ladies for your help!!
I come into the Lush in Mayfair all the time, I use countless products and am constantly trying new products and introducing my friends to the products Lush offers. Jenny is always there to help and is an amazing sales person. She is constantly offering me new products to try that work with my skin, hair and other needs.
