I was first greeted by Emily and she had all the answers I needed! She also did a demo of the charity pot on my arm and told me about a ton of products that she though I would like. Not only was Emily amazing, but I also had the chance to talk with zavier. Zavier and Emily provided the best costomer service I've experienced in awhile. I will definitely be returning to this location soon because of these two wonderful employees!
My wife convinced me to drive from LA quinta to Visit LUSH, very cool store, awesome staff.
I love this location! Last night my daughter and I went in and even though it was Black Friday the service was still personal. We asked for Victoria unfortunately she had already gone home. However Sabrina took the time to get to know us laugh with us and share her passion for the Lush products. Thank you we will be back again and again. This is why we are return / loyal customers
I absolutely love the Lush at Victoria Gardens. Every time I go in I'm greeted with a smile and there is always someone to help me find what I need no matter how difficult my request is. This time I went in looking for a birthday gift for my little sister. Emily was amazing and so knowledgeable about all of the products!!!! She helped me pick out all of my Christmas gifts for my sister in laws and was so sweet and patient while I looked at everything!!! She makes me want to go back and get more gifts for the rest of the family!!! Love her and the product!!!
It was my first time visiting lush I didn't even know where to start but I had amazing help from Chloe she was so kind and took the time with me to get everything I'd want She made it a great experience all together due to her bubbly personality and likability making it feel like I was talking with an old friend rather than someone just trying to make commission Wasn't sure how I felt about lush but after today and her hospitality ill defiantly made it a positive experience

I was in your store last Friday for the first time and the cutest girl named Abby helped me find gifts for my daughters. She was so polite and helpful. She knew all about the different products and how the girls were wearing them. She also had so much patience with my indecisiveness. Very refreshing to encounter a sweet young woman like that.
