By far Sabrina was the best ever. She showed me and my niece the new Valentine's Day collection. She also recommended her favorite limited edition bar of soap. After we cashed out with all of her great recommendations she showed us the face masks and even got me a sample to try. She told me about the benefits and the ingredients used in the mask. She also explained how to use it. She exceeded my expectations for great customer service. Thank you SABRINA.

My friend Daniel and I were pampered by Sabrina. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable in their products, but she was such a delight and created the best experience for us. As a first time customer, definitely bought every product she tried on me!

Went in today to get stock up on bath bombs and was helped by Sabrina! She was very personable and helpful! I got what I went in for and more :) she was genuine and made a connection off the bat. As someone who worked retail for 8 years and a manager before I would love to have a team of Sabrinas! Thank you Sabrina for making my day and maybe I'll bump into you at Disneyland! �

I've only been two times now and each experience got better. Jake was so patient with me and kept me feeling comfortable as I took what felt like forever to make my mind up on product. I will definitely be a loyal lush customer after 2 wonderful visits but I especially look forward to Jake and his helpfulness. I'm all stocked up

Very organized, they had the BOGO sale. Separated shoppers from payers, you could drop off your products with the employee at the door, they took your name and brought it up front while you waited, they had 3 extra mobile tills. Very smooth.

I was in last night to get some last minute gifts and Joanna helped me. She was awesome! She helped me pick out some really nice gifts while still remaining within my budget. Great team here. I always leave happy!
