Yesterday I went to lush to pick up a hot oil treatment, tangled, and left with a few more things. Everyone was really friendly as soon as I entered. I was then helped by Helena. Throughout my shopping experience, Helena took the time to understand my hair and skin care needs. I will definitely be back soon �
I haven't really bought from LUSH before and never knew how wonderful and substantial the quality and time they put into the work but let alone the service today was wonderful. I told Chloe about it and she walked me through all the products and was really thoughtful and patient and helpful. Super sufficient business and services ���

I went for the first time to LUSH in Victoria Gardens and Victoria, an employee at LUSH, was so helpful on our first visit. She was friendly and helped me choose the right facial mask for my skin. She also recommended a few other things to help me with my oily/dry skin. I will definitely be returning to LUSH.
This Lush location again exceeded the wonderful customer service, and bumped into amazing. Kenya and the entire crew were helpful, happy,and kind. Spreading kindness is how we can help eachother and truly spread the season of joy. I'll definitely be back.
I loved my experience today! I walked into lush not sure of what I really wanted, but I knew I wanted a mask.. Britney approached me and asked if I needed any help and I kindly declined. Later she approached me again and I had a few questions. She was very knowledgable about the product and helped me find something that best suited my skin.. I ended up getting the Mask of Magnaminty and The Sacred Truth! Thank you Britney!

Went here today to get a face mask and cannot believe how amazing and welcoming the staff is! Lily helped me find a mask that has made my face feel super smooth, I'll be back before heading to Flagg!!
