Balthazar was invited in for an impromptu photo shoot! It smelled amazing in there and the staff were EXCEPTIONALLY SWEET .
My daughter and I went to the LUSH Grand Opening party, we LOVE it here!!! All the employees are amazing, very sweet and they take the time to really get to know your needs and remember your name!!! We got some great, all natural products. We are hooked and will definitely go back for more. Proud to say we are now Lushies!!

What a brilliantly beautiful addition to Victoria Gardens! This was my first visit to a Lush store and was greeted by a very knowledgable employee who explained all the different products and their benefits! Her enthusiasm was contagious!! What a wonderful experience, I will definitely be back!!!
We visited the store today, first time in a Lush store front, and we're totally impressed. Diego did an awesome job with a tour of the store and all of the products. We had a tough decision choosing what to take home with us. Loving all of the products we bought and are still shopping on line for more ... Looks like we are hooked! Thanks so much!! ☺️
The customer service was so amazing, an associate named Helena (sorry if I spelled that wrong) helped us out and she was so patient, nice, and helpful! Our cashier was also so nice and informative. A really good experience.
My experience at lush VG was more than great! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. I love leaving lush more educated about my health and what these natural ingredients can do! Associate Robyn helped me with my first experience at lush and she was so informative and kind. I didn't feel like I was being forced to buy product.
Such a great store, all employees were interactive and sweet. Will definitely return there!
