It was our first visit and my eyes almost popped out of my head when I saw all the samples on display! Looks more like food than a facial scrub bar! Ha! My 16 year old loved the experience and her assistant was lovely and helpful. I love the fact that she can put products on her face that are natural. Next trip she's switching over to the natural mascara and lip tint. Bye, bye Sephora hello Lush �

First time buying anything from Lush. Usually when I go to any cosmetics or beauty stores, the associates always feel like they're just trying to push products on you and give you long-winded sales pitches. This wasn't the case when I went in last Saturday. Houston was at the beauty bar and was able to provide me with a great customer experience. I know next to nothing when it comes to cosmetics and this was my first time entering the store, Houston was at the Fresh Bar and I asked him about suggestions on my skin needs and he immediately began breaking down my options based on my skin type and gave great recommendations to both me and my gf. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to explain his recommendations for our skin types and overall provided a great customer experience. Definitely coming back.
