Their products are the best I have ever used. My eczema went away when I started using LUSH. And the added benefit of the employees being super nice is a bonus.
I absolutely love this place!! I was in town for a conference with a friend and since we had some time to spare we took a walk to Lush. Let me tell you after that 1st evening there we went back 3 more times!! Love love love the ladies, our Btown girl, and especially our favorite manager Grazia! Thank you from Farmington!!

We shopped at lush on Saturday and there system went down unexpectedly for a while. All the employees came to ask those standing in line if there was any samples they could get us while we waited and did some demos for us. The situation could have been stressful bit since all the employees were calm and helpful the time flew by and then they gave us a gift when we checked out for our patience. Thanks for the excellent customer service. Special thanks to Sara B for showing us around the store!
I always enjoy my visits to Lush, but today was fantastic. Everyone working today was amazingly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind without making us feel pressured. The help choosing a face wash, as well as a sample of the one I decided not to buy were a big help. My fiancee is even excited to go back after the service we had today! So thank you to Mikayla (Hope I spelled that right) and the other ladies whose names I'm sorry I didn't catch, thank you, thank you, thank you! Looking forward to next time!
Marcella was great! She was incredibly helpful and offered great advice on products. She was very knowledgeable. She gave us samples personalized to our needs!
