I was a little disgusted today to see a sign on the door "ICE FREE ZONE". For a retail business to blantly ban federal law enforcement agents from entering retail space that is open to the public IS disgusting and disrespectful. These Officers risk their lives every day to protect this great country and deserve to be treated better. If you disagree with Federal Law, see your lawmakers. Absolutely LOVE the associates that were there when I went in 2/18/2020. I cannot remember their names but they were amazing! They didn’t hover or push me to buy anything. They were awesome with my 3yr old son and even did a “bubble show” for him. Will definitely be going back next time I’m in Albuquerque. 100% Satisfied Customer!

Always love Lush! But just now I was in after a particularly crummy day and a gentleman and a lady really gave me some personal TLC and made me feel better. Thanks for making me feel a little more human, lush!
I hope this review gets back to the PHENOMENAL employees at Lush in uptown Albuquerque. Sara B, Devin and Kat, you guys are literally some of the best people I have had the pleasure of knowing. I went in tonight to buy a Christmas present and I had an experience beyond all others. These employees literally made my entire night with the little surprise treat they gave me I am in tears. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Devin was able to keep up with my preteen’s energy and find several things that would help his changing skin. He answered all of our questions and was happy to explain and demonstrate anything we weren’t sure about.
I love this store, the employees are so nice and helpful!
