I know one of the side effects of working retail is having randos spill their life story to you, regularly. However, I try really hard not to be that person when out picking up the things I need/want. Today was something else though... and on my way home I stopped by LUSH to get my shampoo bar. A lady named Sarah R. hook this spaz up (me, I am the spaz) after I accidentally spilled my soul all over the LUSH floor. Y’all are saints in disguise.😭

So after a not so pleasant experience last time at lush I went back today and I gotta say Grace is amazing. She listened to my questions helped me with products for my skin concerns and made it a stellar visit! 💕

Such an amazing store with amazing staff. Having a daughter that is autistic who finds bathing super boring has been difficult but Lush products have turned that issue around. The products are fun, smell amazing and just overall amazing. Highly recommend this place
We had a AMAZING experience at lush tonight. They met all our needs and wants, my 10 yr old daughter was treated like a queen. All the staff went above and beyond. Thank you
