I've been a huge fan of Lush for many years now, but today was icing on the cake for bad memory's. Moving to Sarasota I was extremely excited that a Lush was so close to home! Walking into the store today I expected a wonderful experience and no worries, but I was sadly mistaken. The manager was extremely rude and did nothing to help me what-so-ever. I went to lush store at utc mall for the first time, normally I buy online but I'm glad that I stopped by today. I had the pleasure to meet Fatima who assisted me and blew my mind with her knowledge and passion for the products that she sells. She told me so much about the company and how the products are made and made me love lush even more. She helped me to find the perfect gift for my family and friends for Xmas. Kelsey is an AMAZING employee. I met her while in the store yesterday. She was so helpful and VERY normative on any products I asked about. Her knowledge and customer service was beyond what I'm sure is expected. Love the store and the products.
My friend and I stopped in yesterday, and were immedietly helped by Carly! She's the sweetest!
Went in to look at bath bombs and was approached by Katie with the pink hair.... WE LOVE KATIE!!!! She was so friendly and so nice and she turned me on to the hair care line wish my daughter and I never knew about!!!! Katie just gained even more customers because of her awesome customer service!!!!!!
My sister and I went in earlier and had so much fun! Big shout out to Karly! She made the visit. Her energy was amazing and she provided us with such knowledge, I was impressed! I will be back soon - just to even say hi to everyone that works there!
