Fatima!!! Wow, what a great customer service rep. For Lush! I'm in town visiting from Maryland and was excited to see that the local mall had a Lush store. Fatima greeted me with a big smile and happy welcome. She made me want to buy product because of the goodness she naturally shared.
First time LUSH shopper. I was very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff! They were also great with my 5 year old daughter. They encouraged and helped her try soaps, scrubs, and lotions. Excellent store and excellent products!
Love all there stuff especially the fresh face masks’ staff is awesome! Highly recommend!!!
this store is amazing!! it was my first time going in and i got VIP treatment. evelyn, kim and marissa were so great and even let me try a bath bomb! best customer service i've received in a really long time! highly recommend! �
