I LOVE my jelly soap pink custard I think and it's limited time only which really sucks!!!!! I just can't get enough makes me wanna wash my hands all day long!!!!
I love walking into Lush! They are some of the most kind and engaging individuals, and they made finding new products fun! Truly some of the best customer service I have ever had, everyone was sweet and the products are divine and smell so darn amazing! Shout out to Shannon, you dealt with my erratic and crazy persona and got me hooked on another product! Olive Branch is amazing! Sarasota Lush Team, you are the best!

Love this store with everything in me! Wish there was one closer to the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area, I would definitely be there a lot more often! Products are amazing & employees are always going above and beyond to help customers.
Walked in today for the first time, with 2 kiddos with me and usually I'm less than desired by most stores. Not the case here! While Katie pampered me with there fabulous products, Lisset spoiled my 2 year old daughter with play time :) these woman made sure myself and my daughter where comfortable (my son is 7 months and just hangs out in the stroller) Katie had plenty of time to explain and test all of the products I was interested in because Lisset kept my daughter busy with the gellies and bar making. Had the most amazing experience! Went in to get a couple items that I saw online, Marissa welcomed me as soon as I walked thru the door & wanted to help me. She explained the differences of all the cleansers & masks, she sat me down & tried them out on my hand :) she explained all the ingredients & benefits! I walked out with what I went in for & some more that I could benefit from! I also purchased the charity lotion, �% of the proceeds give back :) love this company! Go see Marissa!
I have been a long time user of lush products but always had to order online because I never had a store near me. I spotted in to UTC in my travels today and was a kid in a candy store! The products are great (twilight bath bomb is my favorite) and the, staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was great being able to see and sample the products in person, I will be back! Thank you to the staff working today that made my trip a positive experience and for helping me find just the right products I needed.
