CAUTION!! The staff are nice until you try to make more than one product exchange.. The manager Marley told me she was unwilling to assist my exchange today and that I am “on a list”… If you don’t want to be on a list as well, I’d think twice before shopping here.
I was in the store today and was helped by Ari. She was the sweetest and made the shopping experience so enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back to this location in the future!
Ingrid and Elizabeth were absolutely amazing!! They gave us a whole presentation on every item we had a question about and made our experience great. I’ve been to lush before and walked out with nothing, but this time I walked out with a whole bag of items simply because they were able to show me how everything works and how great the products are! 10000% will be returning, thank you guys for all the help
