Staff is always so helpful and friendly especially Ingrid and princess Lacey!
Nana helped me out so much! I've never known what to look for for my hair care, but when I told her about my hair, she was happy to help me find products. She even gave me a couple samples and a list on how to use the samples and products I bought. Overall an amazing experience where I came in a little overwhelmed and left knowing exactly what to try and how.
CC was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a good time shopping!
CAUTION!! The staff are nice until you try to make more than one product exchange.. The manager Marley told me she was unwilling to assist my exchange today and that I am “on a list”… If you don’t want to be on a list as well, I’d think twice before shopping here.
