Kind and honest business
This is my second 5 star review for Lu’s. I have a very delicate necklace that has broken a few times. On my third trip she repaired for no charge. It’s always complete within 15 minutes and great service. Highly recommend and will always come back here for my repairs.
They are charging too much here I come and try to find something for my wife and everyone walks away because the prices are not what they should be. I be ware go to the next shop or somewhere in Houston
Bad customer service and the prices are completely outrageous. Completely scamming people
came in to get the clasp on my chain fixed. They did it in 30 seconds and didn’t charge. May have been a simple fix but great customer service overall!
