They are charging too much here I come and try to find something for my wife and everyone walks away because the prices are not what they should be. I be ware go to the next shop or somewhere in Houston
Bad customer service and the prices are completely outrageous. Completely scamming people
came in to get the clasp on my chain fixed. They did it in 30 seconds and didn’t charge. May have been a simple fix but great customer service overall!
This place is not good at repairs, they added an extension to the chain and it broke within minutes of picking it up, looked glue. Bad job.
