I came in to get a link on my chain fixed and they did it FREE of charge. It only took a few minutes. Ms. Lu is also super sweet. Highly recommend!

Kind and honest business
This is my second 5 star review for Lu’s. I have a very delicate necklace that has broken a few times. On my third trip she repaired for no charge. It’s always complete within 15 minutes and great service. Highly recommend and will always come back here for my repairs.
