This place is like my Mommas kitchen! Excellent Mexican food. Has been around for years. The best Mexican food on the Big Island.
When I moved to Pahoa, I was a vegetarian, and their tofu burrito was AMAZING! Now an opportunevore, my favorite combo plate is #6! Favorite servers are Pepper with her quarkines and jokes, and Deidre with her laughter and songs! A big fan of their Margs- especially with Li Hing Mui rim!
My favorite place!! I am a nacho lover so I ate them almost every day I worked. The fish tacos are also a favorite and I really loved when they had fresh blackened ahi with Salvador Luquins homemade dressing! Order me up a Frozen Lilikoi Margarita with nothing on the rim!
Unfortunately,. The place burnt down to the ground a few months back!!! Very sad... Leaving sad people on both sides of the bar, the loyal customer AND the even more dedicated employees! Vamos a ver y Buena Suerte Sr. Salvatore LuQuinn y la familia de tuyo !!! Vaya con Dios los todos!!!
