Luquin's was the very first place we ever ate in Pahoa. The food is fantastic and we are always treated like family. We were so sad and shocked when the fire happened but we're so glad they didn't give up. The food from Luquin's truck is just like ohana.
I’d put Luquin’s up against any Mexican restaurant on the mainland. I speak with authority because I live in New Mexico.
We were hungry for Luquin’s food and stopped at the food truck in Pahoa. The menu continues to expand in these temporary conditions. We both got the plate special: enchilada with taco, beans and rice. I still miss the tamales and look forward to Luquin’s re-opening as a restaurant at a nearby location.
Always great customer service, consistent taste, good quality food & delicious options. Leaves you wanting to come back for more. So glad there's a food truck.

Please keep the Black 3-4 inch hairs out of your food. It's turned me off where I can not eat there anymore. I don't have black hair and it was in a steak burrito. Please whoever is in charge, check that your employees are following the Health laws. Another person I talked to had a hair like mine in their food too. I Love Luquins. I just don't want a hair iy food. Thank you.
30 years of birthdays holidays get togethers bean and cheese burritos. Love this family and will continue to support them wherever they are in this town
