I ordered arrangement ahead of time. When I picked up, flowers looked old and some in bad shape, when brought up to their attention and ask them to at least changed roses that were damage/ bad shape they got mad and only changed some and not all the bad ones. When I ask how to best take care of them so they last longer, their answer was YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH THEM WHEN YOU GET HOME. There are lots of other florist/flower shops next to Lupitas with better prices (I asked) and customer service
Was a very very very bad experience you don't even want to try it if you want to waste your money with low bad quality go with those people so cheap and dirty place don't trust them at all if I can go with lower than one star I will give zero star but it's impossible wish never meet those people and never done my event with them just don't TRUST THEM they charge extra money for dead flowers and never never never do whatever you asking and requesting
