Lupe comes from a long line of great cooks. She grew up working at her family restaurant in Mexico and has always loved cooking for family and friends. Lupe, her husband Bonfilio, and their daughter Diana successfully ran the "Taco City" taco truck on Old Highway 99 for 3 years before increasing demand and want for a larger kitchen prompted them to move to a permanent location in Centralia. The green avocado sauce in the bottle was so good, I put it on everything! The food was still great without the sauce on it. Excellent service a well. Will be a repeat customer!
