Lupe comes from a long line of great cooks. She grew up working at her family restaurant in Mexico and has always loved cooking for family and friends. Lupe, her husband Bonfilio, and their daughter Diana successfully ran the "Taco City" taco truck on Old Highway 99 for 3 years before increasing demand and want for a larger kitchen prompted them to move to a permanent location in Centralia. Stopped in for lunch with a large group of people, still the service was prompt and the food delicious.
Delicious, fresh, local food. They use produce from Helsig Junction Farm and the dishes taste home cooked. Not overly greasy like some Mexican food.
