Management doesn’t care about anyone’s safety. Absolutely disgusting.
An emergency Birdie device was set off around 2:15pm yesterday in the parking garage at your 25 University Ave., Minneapolis, MN location. Managers are refusing to look into the security cameras and contact police to investigate this incident. Someone could be in extreme danger or missing because your security team and management are not investigating! Please do something.
Walking through the parking garage yesterday and a “birdie” self defense alarm was going off. Asked management to check cameras to make sure the person was ok. They refused. God forbid something happened to that person. They don’t care! DO BETTER! We are in the year of 2021 and people need to DO BETTER!

As soon as this situation was brought to our attention, we immediately reviewed security footage and did not see any suspicious activity in our parking ramp. We have also contacted the Minneapolis Police Department to determine if there is any additional assistance we can provide.

Doesn’t care for the safety of their guests. An alarm went off on a device that is meant to alert when someone is in danger, and they refuse to check their cameras to make sure no has been hurt. Extremely unprofessional, and selfish.
They dont care about your safety. they wont even do the simplest thing of checking the cameras to make sure the person who set off their safety alarm is okay. do better.
Total disregard for the safety of all patrons.
Safety device was going off like a siren and flashing, they refuse to check the cameras and it has now been 24 hours. Don’t shop here if you want to feel safe because they do not care if you get kidnapped in the parking lot, they won’t even check the cameras for you.
You've been asked repeatedly to check security footage of a safety device going off that was found by a concerned citizen. Someone's life could be in danger and you've been unhelpful to those attempting to make sure the person who owned the safety device is okay. Shameful.
