BE CAREFUL! They do not take the safety of customers to any thoughts. An emergency device was set off by someone in need and they refused to even look at the cameras to see who set it off and if they were ok. They are very suspicious and in considerate to say the least.
Check your cameras!!! An emergency Birdie device was set off around 2:15pm two days ago in the parking garage at your 25 University Ave., Minneapolis, MN location. Someone could be in extreme danger or missing because your security team and management are not investigating! Please do something. Copying the same response is bs. Those devices are not designed to fall off on their own.
Someone’s life could be in danger and they could care less! You all should be very ashamed of yourselves.

Managers are refusing to look into the security cameras and contact police to investigate this incident. They don’t care if you’re kidnapped and in serious danger. They’ll act like nothing happened. Completely disgusting
managers of this store simply do not care about the wellbeing of customers, someone could be in serious danger and the managers won’t take 10 minutes out of their day to simply look at security footage of the parking garage where an emergency birdie was set off. do better.

LOOK AT THE CAMERAS AGAIN, UNTIL YOU FIND SOMETHING. NOT THAT HARD. THE PERSON MAY HAVE JUST DROPPED THEIR KEYS AND IF THATS WHAT YOU SAW, MAKE A STATEMENT. SOMEONES LIFE COULD BE IN DANGER!
worst customer service! how could you know someone’s in danger and not care what so ever? whoever it was that checked the cameras probably covered something up too. gross.
