The manager is absolutely despicable. Absolutely disregards the safety of others. A birdie device went off (a device made to make a high pitched noise to signal to others of an emergency). These brave young women found the device going off in this parking area and went to the police and manager. Complete disregard for the safety of their patrons and those in the area. a Birdie security alarm that is programmed to create a loud siren was set off by an unknown victim in their parking area. the management failed to view security camera footage and has not done anything to help this victim. the person who dropped the alarm is still unknown due to their negligence.
An emergency Birdie device was set off around 2:15pm two days ago in the parking garage at your 25 University Ave., Minneapolis, MN location. Someone could be in extreme danger or missing because your security team and management are not investigating! Please do something. Copying the same response is bs. Those devices are not designed to fall off on their own.

Refusing to review security footage to see if the person who set of their Birdie Alarm that was LEFT BY ITSELF to see if someone had been harmed and taken is absolutely disgusting. You clearly don’t care about you guest. Disgusting.
