I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. My entirely family (5 of us) have all seen Dr. Lund at least once since we moved to Plano. She's great. My mom (who sees her the most) has always been happy with Dr. Lund. I had a mole removed and tested last year and it couldn't have been an easier process. Great staff as well. Only negative is that she's booked several weeks in advance so unless there are cancelations you do have to plan ahead (but it's comforting to know she's in such demand).
