Had a decent breakfast at Luna Grill on Connecticut Ave. near the Dupont Circle Metro station south entrance during a recent visit to D.C. Luna opens at 8.30am during week and 8am on weekends for breakfast. Had a basic corn beef hash, eggs and wheat toast breakfast (US$7.95) that was good. Corn beef was clumpy but tasted fine. Brewed coffee was fresh and server was quick to top up my cup with refills.
