My parents always purchased their vehicles, first from Lum, then Doug. They swore by them and still do. They have always made the paperwork part easy and fast. Knew we could not purchase a new vehicle and we liked the body style of the previous Escape. Told Doug the price amount we could handle, what we wanted on the vehicle. He found exactly what we wanted. Love driving our 2012 Ford Escape!! Thanks Doug, enjoy doing business with you!
I was about to buy a car that i was told had a clean carfax, till my bank discovered that it didnt. The car was in an accident where the airbag was deployed, which the salesman didnt disclose to us. In my opinion thats a very dishonest and underhanded way to sell a car. Im very disappointed that my trust was misplaced in this dealership.
There is no reason to leave town to buy or trade with Lums down the road from home. The absolute best!!
My husband and I have bought every car we have owned since we were married in1988 from Lums Ford . Lum and Doug always made sure we got the best deal and valued our loyalty to their company. My Christmas present this year is coming from Lum s Ford! Merry Christmas Lum's Ford!
