Service manager is a dick. Rarely takes calls, rarely returns calls. Needs to remove the corn cob from his ass.

We just returned from a youth trip to Georgia with our church in vans that we rented from Lums Ford. They treated us very well and we had a great experience with their staff. We will definitely be back!
Great place & great people. Been doing business there for 11 years & bought many vehicles from them. Very friendly & never pushy when looking at vehicles.
Well they DONT RETURN A CALL & they LIE. I will be having their dealership investigated!!!!! My husbands brand new truck was given a commercial weighted tag & Heath the salesman at the dealership says we had to have it per DMV, BULL. I called Raleigh DMV & Albemarle & both said no we don't. Then that new gas tank a part chipped off & they had to order new part for it & never called my husband but told them they called me, liars. No morals, no values, no Ethics. Better be ready for a big investigation.
The best folks to buy from, you just can't beat good ol Doug!
