Dr. Fernandez was nothing more than a referral service for me. I needed teeth extractions and after $500 for X-rays and new patient fees, (out of a $3,000 benefit) he informed me that he doesn't do extractions. I ask him why he needed all those X-rays if he wasn't doing the work needed. He is arrogant and will do his best to talk over you when discussing your needs.
