Dr. OLUBUNMI was great. I was very satisfied with my appointment with her to evaluate an orthopedic issue I am dealing with. She explained treatment options that I were available to me if I needed them.
The doctors and staff there are great. They are kind and gentle and are professional in what they do.
Call center staff is very dismissive. I'm calling because I need your help not to ruin your day.
The Doctors and their Assistants at Luminis Health orthopedics (Lanham MD) are excellent, BUT their front desk staff, with the EXCEPTION of the Caucasian gentleman (Mr. Kelvin), are typically unprofessional, ignorant and clueless about customer care. I have visited this office a number of times and I can confirm that these front desk staff have chronically bad attitudes towards patients. They think they are doing patients a favor at every encounter. They get confused and irritated so often even over little and simple things.... read more
