The Doctors and their Assistants at Luminis Health orthopedics (Lanham MD) are excellent, BUT their front desk staff, with the EXCEPTION of the Caucasian gentleman (Mr. Kelvin), are typically unprofessional, ignorant and clueless about customer care. I have visited this office a number of times and I can confirm that these front desk staff have chronically bad attitudes towards patients. Had an outstanding experience from the front desk, provider's assistant and the provider Krisren Wall. I had a 3:00pm appointment, got there at 2:45 and was taken back to the examination room at 2:50. There were no delays and the provider's assistant and the provider explained everything to my satisfaction and and took their time answering all of my concerns. Everyone was very pleasant, I would highly recommend them.
This review is about Dr Risa Reid, Orthopedic. my mother is her patient. After having a very bad experience with Dr Robert Wilson, i was skeptical to take my mom there but still gave it a shot and end up seeing Dr Reid. She was extremely professional , caring , took her time examining my mom and gave my mom some encouragement on the progress she made so far. My mom was very comfortable with her care. How is it that I go to this doctors office on September 17th for arthritis issues in my right hand and they have no recollection I was ever there. They gave me a cortisone shots also. No records Terrible doctors office
