I can't say enough thank you's for the care, kindness and assistance of each and every person that entered into our Moms room to provide care for her. Anytime you can leave a loved one and feel comfortable that she will be cared for in the way you would care for them says so much for your dedication to treating those in your care. My surgical team was the best!
I feel forgotten, I have been in the waiting room since a little before 12:30am. Still waiting to be seen it's almost 5am and nothing. The pain is what is keeping me here otherwise I would suck it up and deal with the pain at home.
Very RUDE front desk attendant. The one with the pink or red dreadlocks not only was she making fun of a patient with one leg she refused to give him service. This is the worst I've ever seen from someone in health care as her colleagues all watched i watched her poke her tongue out and smile at the patient and telling her colleagues not to give him walking assistance. When I asked to speak with a patient rep. I was told " oh, honey they aren't around "
Takes for ever to see a doctor, then they keep telling you "20 minutes" only to be left sitting there for hours with no communication, theres a few good nurses who are helpful but the people in charge of getting the process done move slow and act like they dont care.
