Love these apartments! Me, my husband and our daughter have been living in these apartments for about 6 months now. I love them! I have no complaints so far, except the color of the carpet. In my opinion, it is a little too light in color for apartment carpet. I have already steam cleaned it twice since I've been here. Now as far as everything else, I am very happy. They clean the pool regularly, nothing in my apartment has broken and needed maintenance, I NEVER hear my neighbors or anything. No one bothers me! Great place t... read more
Other than only having one apartment manager & one maintenance guy & rent really high(among a few other issues), it's pet friendly & there are washer/dryer connections. Awesome neighbors, too.
Some "friends" of mine has lived at this property for almost 2 years. Recently their air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday evening. They called the office to report it on Monday morning and was told that the maintenance worker didnt have his "tester" with him as he had left it in Port Arthur but would have it Tuesday and would check it then. It was "supposedly" checked out on Tuesday and they were then told that it needed a part and would have to order it and that it would be another 2-3 days before the part came in. ... read more
