It is a lovely place and there is no waiting. The first consultation is professional and treatment well explained. But I found the doctor to be in a great hurry and brisk in her dealings, dashing in and out of the room. The actual treatment was also very speedy, 10 minutes of treatment time which makes for a costly minute. I went to Luma for laser as I have rosacea. The consultation was 15 minutes and no wait time. I saw Joanne. She was so nice and comforting and made me feel confident that the laser would work. Consultation was 150$ but that goes towards a service there. Well, she was right. I've been going to Luma Clinic for over 2 years. Every treatment I have received has been excellent. I have rosacea and the excel V+ laser treatment has drastically improved my rosacea. I've also had botox done at this clinic and was very happy with the natural-looking results. I really appreciate that Dr. Babin-Muise has only ever encouraged me to do treatments that are the right fit for me. She, Joanne, and the rest of the team are kind and approachable. I cannot recommend Luma Clinic enough.
