Dr Babin-Muise was really kind to me. She made me feel comfortable and did not make me feel rushed explaining things to her. She really wanted to help and figure things out for me. Her staff were very welcoming and sweet

I received a facial from Jamie at Luma today and it was the best facial I’ve ever had! I really like the spa atmosphere while using amazing products that I trust are going to truly help my skin beyond just the glow I have today. Jamie is so knowledgeable and talented. And the vibe at the Luma Clinic is so joyful and warm. Love it there! 10/10
It is a lovely place and there is no waiting. The first consultation is professional and treatment well explained. But I found the doctor to be in a great hurry and brisk in her dealings, dashing in and out of the room. The actual treatment was also very speedy, 10 minutes of treatment time which makes for a costly minute. The treatment was incomplete, I myself having to indicate missing spots on my way out the door. Everything was carried out in a great hurry without any particular attention paid to patient.
