Great Museum. Wonderful guides
Mimi is a wonderful guide and appreciates the hardships my Mom and Dad experienced in Seattle after WWII.
Awesome history and nice tour
Very nice museum .Lived the displays on History of Asian community.
The Museum gives voice to diverse Asian-Americans: Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and many others. And in ways that tap the experience of all of us, not only those of Asian descent. Body image. Housing policies/practices. And it’s interactive and beautiful.
I learned a lot from my visit about the Asian experiences in Seattle and the West coast. Growing up in Hawaii, I was familiar with the Asian history there but I didn’t know about redlining and other discriminatory practices. Rahul Gupta was our substitute tour guide and a wealth of information. He is the education director for the museum. We are so glad we went today!

Doan is an informative and positive tour guide. Our new business just moved into the neighborhood and we wanted to make sure our staff was well versed on the history of the area we serve. We took a tour of Japan town in the International/Chinatown district with the Luke Wing museum and every step of the way we had a wonderful experience.
