Excellent. Caring doctor. Felt on first visit !
Knowledgeable, kind, helpful and willing to listen to me explain issues. And took time to explain all options available for me personally for my issue. No pressure to do operation ASAP. Gave me options and told me to take time and when I am ready call back after consulting my medical doctors.

Had a right shoulder replacement on June 3, 2020 and I feel great! Dr. Austin and his team took excellent care of me during my overnight hospital stay and continue to do so post-op. Will return to Dr. Austin to have my left shoulder replaced too.
My son broke his elbow and was able to see Dr. Austin within a few hours of calling for an appointment. Dr Austin explained everything in a clear, empathetic way. I would highly recommend.
I would highly recommend Dr. Austin as he was very knowledgeable about the issue with my shoulder. He appeared to be caring and was very clear as to what to do to help my condition .
Dr. Austin is very personable with his patients and truly cares about their outcomes. He is very friendly and has great bedside manners which is a very important trait for a physician.
