Dr Austin was thorough with explaining what I did to my shoulder. I was grateful to see the X-ray. I immediately started the exercises he recommended and one day later am seeing improvement. I am so happy to have found Rothman / Dr Austin as I’m from JaneArizona and do not have any physicians here.
Dr. Austin made me feel very comfortable. He told me what was wrong with my shoulder and the different choices I can make to help me. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I have complete confidence in him.

Dr. Austin failed to consider my medical history, which caused delays in treatment resulting in having to live with a non-union break for over 6 months. Received appropriate treatment elsewhere.

I am a new patient of Dr. Austin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Austin, his assistant & Dr. Conner were very attentive, listening to my injuries and concerns. They all explained what was going on and what needs to be done in a way that was understandable and left me feeling I made the right choice coming here.
Saw Dr. Luke October 1 and he was amazing as was his staff. Very understanding and explained things to me. Looking forward to my next visit in two weeks.
Dr. Austin has been my orthopedic for the past decade and performed 3 shoulder surgeries on me. You won’t find a more thorough and compassionate physician anywhere. He’s the best!
