Would be skeptical to consider this doctor. Being belligerent at a michelin restaurant, talking about putting various things in your your mouth, talking about your dogs shit; and how often you get kicked out of places. He was a belligerent patron, so disrespectful, didn't care about the ways he was affecting anyone at the michelin restaurant that we were all dining at.
