Called Tuesday May 9th and made an "appointment" to see a car on their lot for today, Thursday May 11th. We arrived and were told the car was sold. That someone had called earlier in the week and wanted the car but had put no money down, but they would be in tomorrow to do so. The General Manager had put hold on the car. If you want the perfect model for a car dealership service center---then hire Mike Rossi, Service Mgr. Allan ,Steve,Tony (Rick and Chris) and staff to train your center. When I purchase a car I visit with the Service Mgr. and try to speak with customers waiting for their car to get input good or bad! Negative results can deter me from the purchase. Most service centers can talk the talk but few can never take the first walk! Mike and his crew "walk the walk"! Always willing to exceed expectations!
My sales lady Linda Hopkins is always so friendly and very easy to work with. I would recommend Linda very highly to anyone looking for a car. She will treat you excellent. Steve in repair always gets me in right away. My car looked great when I went to pick it up. They cleaned the inside and out. What a great surprise. Love you guys.
Very accommodating. Provided transportation for me during the day as my car servicing required the whole day. Even provided coffee, juice and cookies.

I always have a great experience at Lujack's. I always buy my vehicles there and would not go anywhere else. They do there hardest to get you at the payment level you would like to be at and the vehicle choices are always excellent. If they do not have it they will get it for you. They always make you fell right at home.
