If I could give the review 0/5 stars, that is what they deserve. I made an appointment in an email to test drive and potentially buy my dream car. I walked in, was barely greeted, and then they told me they needed to check on the car I came to drive. Several minutes later, they came back and said they had that it had been "sold." I can't imagine that they even ever had the car. It was clearly bait to get me to come up and look at cars. I will never recommend anyone do any business with a Lujack car dealership. I have never had bad service at Lujack's Lexus in sales (Scott Gwen and Jan Pomije) or any of the service folks!! I would highly recommend them!!
I recently purchased an Audi Q7. Linda Hopkins was phenomenal in helping my husband and me in ordering my new Audi. When it arrived she spent an hour or more explaining all the features, etc. I love the fact that I can reach her anytime I need if I have questions or a problem. I would recommend Lujack to anyone who wants a quality car and exceptional service before and after the sale.
