I finally found it, I was at Kaiser Permanente in downey and I wanted tacos. well the one receptionist says she's has eaten there 3xs. So I had to check it out. I'm a taco person. I got a ground beef, brisket, pork. She put onions tomatoes cheese on my tacos. Wow, the hamburger one was the 1st one. now I'm home and going to eat the other 2. If you're in Downey go get their food they do breakfast also. plus it's a grocery store, meat counter. Very friendly and nice found me a taco place. I highly recommend it

I recommend you bring a large vehicle . everything is good here ! lol besides those smoked beef ribs , the carne asada and chicken look great . only been there a few ti.es but definitely need to come back for more ...
Luis's Butcher Shop offers more than just meats. The staff is always friendly and offer great suggestions. The Carne asada is the best I have ever tasted. The meat is tender and well seasoned. You won't be disappointed! The other golden nugget from this place is the Kitchen! They have inexpensive items that are ready to eat. I love the breakfast burritos, chilaquiles, the burritos and tacos. Tacos are in sale on Thursdays for $1 (most meats). Enjoy!
