Had neck surgery a year ago . Got a new disc in my neck. Surgery went well but the man never removed bone spurs. Just popped new disc in . Now a year later I have to go thru fusion surgery. He should loose his surgery practice. He didn't fix the problem. Told him my symptoms were back and he just said take these pills and constantly talked about how rough his life was. Dr. Cervantes is the most arrogant and condescending person I have ever met on the face of the planet. The only voice he hears is his own ! He doesn’t even deserve a rating of ZERO !!!
I usually don't leave reviews, BUT I would give him a 0 if I could. Very arrogant. After telling him why I was referred to him. He says I'm a surgeon, and you don't need surgery, you need to go back to the Dr. who referred you. No bedside manner at all. A total waste of my time.
Took very good care of my grandmother and was very open and honest with us about all the possible outcomes. Very informative about the condition she is in and how to move forward.
