We finally ordered after almost a year of avoiding this place because of how much our food was screwed up. Well, we should have just stayed away. The wings are so much smaller than they used to be. We ordered honey bbq and received hot wings. The pepperoni rolls aren't burnt for once, but are half the size of how they used to be. We don't like to leave negative reviews. We all have good and bad days, but this place is bad every day, all day. I in no way recommend. Not even if you're starving and it's free.
I love the man who answers the phone! He's patient and very polite! The luigi's in Ashtabula sometimes the person on the phone rushes you so I forget what else I wanted but my sis and I usually orders $60-$80 dollars worth in Ashtabula if they would just let us finish talking!
i order from Luigi's afew times a month. the food is normally good. always takes an hour an half to 2 hours to finally get to my house. tonight i ordered a medium chic bacon ranch. its cooked very dark and has pizza sauce. its gross. i also ordered 30 wings. They are mushy. i asked for crispy. I'm very disappointed. i spent $61.00 n it tastes nasty.

This place is incredible.... Subs were best I've had since I moved north, and the pizza was great not only that day but cold out of the fridge the next day. The staff is friendly and the management is very hands on with the business and obviously cares about the quality of the food they put out... Can t wait to go back!
I love the Wednesday's Special three toppings on a medium pizza for $7.99. The medium pizza is a nice size. Plenty of pizza for the price!
