My food was undercooked. Then “replaced” my same food and then was left a nasty voicemail because I sent back half the raw sandwich because the other half was in the trash. I was mot digging in the trash and the driver left anyway so.
Takes way to long for delivery, last time we ordered it took over 2 hours and they just laughed at us when we inquired how much longer it would be. Will never order from there again, terrible consumer service 👎
Long time customer very disappointed with the food we received tonight! Wings so full of grease, it spurted clear across the table. Nochos n tacos soaked in grease. Everything is two dollars more than it was. Called to let him know, he told me to go to fn domino's! $50. we spent! So after 5 yrs of being a steady customer, we're greased out! RecommendedWe ordered our food to be delivered. Friendly staff on the phone. An hour and a half passed and we still didn’t receive our order, so we called to check. They were very polite and informed us there was only one driver tonight... that’s okay, it was worth the wait. Ordered pizza 2 hours ago and they never delivered it. Tried to call twice now and they won’t answer the phone, this is our first time in GOTL, definitely won’t ever attempt to order from them again.
still waiting for my order and hour and a half later. I called and politely asked what's goin on with my order. kid said your not the only one with an order I'm going to need ur name. I give it to him and he says he'll send it out when his driver comes back. poor customer service. I will no longer order from this place.
they are rude when you call them to complain about something.dont wanna listen on orders put they want on there. this will be the last time I order from them.
Customer service is GARBAGE. 2 and a half hours of waiting for pizza and when we call to check on our order which hasn’t even left the place yet, they refuse to refund the 20% tip and then hung up on us. When we went in they demanded we leave. She took her mask down to raise her voice and only then was I “trespassing” because I didn’t have my mask on.
