After expressing dissatisfaction with my experience with a substitute hygenist, I was invited back at no charge for another cleaning. I met Dawnell who provided a thorough exam and cleaning and did an outstanding job. Dawnell is a pro's pro and I look forward to being her patient as long as possible. Dr. Ludwig, as always, was very responsive in addressing my concerns.

Very positive and friendly experience. Dr. Ludwig is very knowledgeable and explained in easy to understand language my situation. The Hygenist was very thorugh, competent and friendly. Overall a great experience
I have had my teeth cleaned at your office for the last 25+ years and have received this service every 4 months over the last 17+ years. Since the substitute hygienist completed the cleaning process in less than half the time than anyone else has taken, I can only believe that the service was a waste of my time and money.
