Follow On Maintenance. Excellent service. Amazing service. My roof was installed in 2008. 8 years later there was a maintenance issue and Luc's Roofing came and resolved the problem no questions asked. They came within two days and do the job as they promised they would. Most pleasant experience I've had with a contractor. Highly recommend!

New Roof While feeding my newborn baby during a rainstorm in the middle of the night, water started dripping from the ceiling. I panicked and called a friend, who recommended Luc's roofing. I contacted Luc the next morning and not only did he reply to my email almost immediately, he had someone at my house to repair the roof the very next day! Everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly, and we're very happy with our new roof!

Terrific quality job for fair price I am very happy with the job Ben did on my roof. It took a couple of calls to set up a reconnaissance meetup, then a couple more meetings to settle down on the color and particular shingle type. Ben was very accommodating and patient explaining the details of what could be done and outlining pros, contras and the associated costs. Roofing Excellent service, cost and quality. Ben came to provide a quote within a week of my email, and the cost was very competitive. The work was done within 1 month. Ben provided a detailed quote and explanation of what would be needed, and replaced some of the wood without charging extra. A great low-stress experience.

Shingle Replacement Amazing work by an amazing company. Ben and his team were very communicative from the start and the process was very straight forward. He had explained the working process, and even came up with suggestions days before he started. It was a one day job in between rain days and our home was left spotless. Partial new roof, new skylight, eavestroughs We're very happy with Luc's Roofing. We initially thought we had to replace the shingles on the entire front half of our house because of water damage. But Ben informed us that our shingles actually looked pretty good and suggested a less expensive alternative. We ended up hiring Luc's to re-shingle the a different part of the house. Peaked and Flat Roof Combo Luc's Roofing was recommended to me by a friend who had used them before. She said that they were "the best and, although the price might seem a bit high, you really get what you pay for with these guys". I couldn't agree with her more! They were absolutely excellent! The job was to replace both the peaked section of my roof as well as the flat section at the back (along with new eaves troughs and downspouts). Garage roof replaced this August 2016 Called one day, that same day received an estimate. We are return customers as Luc's Roofing have given us excellent service in the past. Two days later they came and were done by the end of the day. No muss, no fuss, just great service. I highly recommend Luc's Roofing for your home.
