After Hurricane Beryl, I noticed water leaking from a pot light in my 2nd floor bathroom. I called Ben. Ben came out, promptly, to inspect the roof above my 2nd floor bathroom, and talked with me about his diagnosis. Having used Ben before at a previous home, I know that he is knowledgeable and professional, and I trust his advice. I did my research to find a good roofing company, and I found one with Luc's Roofing. They were recommended by a friend, but I also found Ben (owner) to be very responsive and helpful, and his price to be fair and/or better than the competitor's quotes. He prioritized our roof because we had a leak, and he and his crew carried out the work efficiently and respectfully. They were good at communicating and left the place clean. We had used Luc of Luc's Roofing many years ago and Luc did high quality work at a reasonable cost. The business has long been taken over by his son Ben and we are very pleased with his work. Ben is professional and a pleasure to work with. He delivers high quality work at a fair cost. His crew used tarps and cleaned up the property when done.

Ben and his team did a great job of replacing 3 flat roofs, including slopping two of the roofs for proper drainage and replacing a skylight. It was a big job, but they got it done in a week. Excellent service and the clean up was perfect.

replacing roof shingles I recommend Luc's Roofing Ltd. I had to replace shingles on my roof. I contacted 5 roofing companies. Only three of them submitted an estimate. Only Ben from Luc's Roofing climbed a ladder and looked at the roof before submitting an estimate. A representative from a well-known roofing company stayed on the sidewalk and did not bother to inspect the roof. I asked this individual why he did not go on the roof. Roofer From quote to finish, Lucs Roofing was one of the best home contractors Ive ever retained. Above all, Bens honesty was what struck me as setting him apart from other contractors. He in fact, dissuaded me from spending more than necessary. The quote came back quickly and the work was completed in a timely manner. The work crew were meticulous in cleaning up post-job.
