I love this place; Try Chkn Fr Steak w/Fried Okra!
Best All American I've ever had. Just the right amount of portions. The sourdough. Toast is awesome!
Had the most amazing lunch today thanks to our amazing server Kevin who was doing the most for all his tables thank you again for a wonderful lunch and amazing service will definitely visit again when in town
New menu, not so good. Miss mesquite grill. :/ However, my favorite. ..Mushroom Swiss chicken...they made it for me. BRING BACK SPINACH CASSAROL! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Food was junk and I mean Garbage !!
Luckys Café is great every time I am there. Their chicken fried steak is my favorite. They changed their menu recently, but it did not change my opinion about them. Great food, Great staff!
Changed the restaurant and the menu. I was highly disappointed with new options. They have basically gotten rid of all of the food that we enjoyed. Tried the pot roast and it was mediocre at best. I'd rather have IHOP lol this restaurant is normally full on a Sunday morning but now it was only half full. To top it off they have raised prices the only good thing at Lucky's is their friendly staff and hopefully they don't try to change that too.
What happened? Lucky's has gone straight to hell. No soul, no more, bro. The crowd has become white and privileged. What happened to diversity amongst the straights. What happened to the food? More expensive and little love. Corn bread? No more. Gravy for bisquits bland, bland, bland with no sausage. Cakes? Dry and expensive. The only thing worth going for are the servers. The best. I loved Lucky's. Guess all good things must come to a shallow end. No soul, no dough from me.
The host and our waitress were both fantastic. The old menu was better however.
