Housed in the location of the original Good Eats restaurant, Lucky's has made its mark in outstandingly good home cooking. The decor is simple, with red vinyl booths, movie memorabilia and functional tables and chairs. Three of the four walls are glass, so natural light is always abundant. Migas, biscuits and omelet breakfasts draw crowds, especially on weekends. Lunch and dinner entrees include everything from milkshakes to burgers, fish to vegetarian dishes, soups, salads and fruit and it's all wonderful.

Best Chicken Fried Steak, Chicken Fried Chicken and Pot Roast in Town PERIOD. Service is great, and their veggies OMG! Get the Roasted Brussel Sprouts they are out of this world. Our new Sunday afternoon and week night stop. If you have room for their Cakes, you won't be sorry till you waddle out.
First time here was delicious. Had Jim as our server he was great. Had the Bird Benedict was very pleased, also had some mimosas which were delicious!
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful breakfast on Sunday.
Omgoodness...I tried the chicken enchiladas with egg whites and man! Blew me away. And the pancake I had on the side was amazing. This is an awesome diner! :)
No joking its the best meal my husband and I have had since moving to Dallas. Everything was so fresh and cooked perfectly. Plus, Chris was our waiter and in this big city he managed to make us feel right at home. We vowed to become regulars from here on out!!

Had breakfast with a good friend here yesterday and our server Steve was awesome and the food was great. Almost no wait and the food was out quickly, too. Steve was very attentive and professional!
I got the Bird Benedict with a cup of coffee this morning; one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Attentive service and a fair price.
