Housed in the location of the original Good Eats restaurant, Lucky's has made its mark in outstandingly good home cooking. The decor is simple, with red vinyl booths, movie memorabilia and functional tables and chairs. Three of the four walls are glass, so natural light is always abundant. Migas, biscuits and omelet breakfasts draw crowds, especially on weekends. Lunch and dinner entrees include everything from milkshakes to burgers, fish to vegetarian dishes, soups, salads and fruit and it's all wonderful.

Took my daughter there who is a student at SMU and we loved it! I’ve been before but this was her first time. BONUS was she left her purse there and I just spoke with the manager Tim and they have it safe and ready for her to pick up. Her purse contains her insulin, meter and other life saving type 1 diabetes supplies. Awesome food and awesome people!!! So thankful for the mindful staff who kept up with her stuff when she can’t. Will always go again.
