Super disappointed with our first visit today. Chose this business because it came highly recommended by the WB community. We got a call that our dog was done and the first thing Brenda said to my husband was "he is dumb as can be, couldn't even get him in the kennel" then proceeded to tell him that she attempted to cut his nail and the first one she did it bled, so she didn't do anymore. I'm so sorry you were not happy with your experience! We are shocked by your comments, your husband didn't indicate there was any problem when he picked up! Nails can be tricky, which is why many people opt to get them done by a groomer or vet. And sometimes nails can look long but not be able to be cut much because the quick can grow long with it. The quick is loaded with nerves and we always try to avoid cutting it. When Brinda barely clipped the first nail and hit the quick, she made the decision not to continue with clip... read more
We love Lucky Pups. We do self wash or groom. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Love this place. The employees are great with animals, and the facilities are perfect. We have a big dog and it would be impossible to wash him at home. Lucky Pups is a godsend!!!
Took my Echo there today and she left happy and smelling wonderful! Staff was so friendly too!
Very affordable, staff was attentive and professional. Dogs had a great experience and best of all, there was no cleanup of my bathroom and house in the aftermath. Highly recommend!
Took Landon to get a bath and his nails trimmed today and Karen was awesome! My Landon was a little nervous but she took her time and made him feel so comfortable! We will definitely be back!
Everyone is really nice and they do an awesome job grooming my dog.
