Brought Arthur (English Sheepdog) in for a complete clip, bath and claw trim. Groomer did an excellent job. However when I received the bill, it was for $160.00.....She stated that she worked on him for three(3) hours. He was brought in @ 9:00am and I picked him up @ 4:30 pm when they called. (7-1/2 hrs). I should of discussed the cost before, but the previous groomer charged only $105.00. I was expecting the same. When I asked the groomer why so much she stated that she had to "make money" and not lose it on such a big dog.... read more

We loved the people, they were so friendly and helpful. The shop was so cute. I loved the little stalls set up.
I love that they make washing my dogs myself SO MUCH EASIER. The staff is true dog lovers and it shows. The friendly atmosphere, convenience, complimentary items such as shampoo, towels, and dog treats were a great and welcomed surprise. I went on wash one get one free Tuesday's and will continue to use them.
