I took my briard Teddy and my shih tzu Max in to get baths today. The place was empty because of the snow which was amazing because Teddy does not like people. He loved the young lady working there and we had so much fun! I got the last of the mattes out of him from the bad owner we adopted him from. He looks so amazing and he is so happy! I would post the photo she took of him while we were there but this thing won’t let me. She was nice enough to even bath and blow Max out while I handled the big boy.
Our very dirty and hairy Husky was long overdue for a bath so we decided to take her to use their DIY facilities. The set up was great, even with three of us in the booth. Our girl was a bit loud and dramatic and they took it is stride and even made us feel better about her antics. I was very happy with the experience. We were able to take our time and get her nice and clean. While our dog wasn’t thrilled that she had to have a bath, it was much more pleasant than attempting it at home! We are so happy you are happy!!! Our place was MADE for huskies!!!!! 😂 Sometimes when a husky gets a good blow-out, you would think it was snowing inside the shop, there is so much hair! But that makes us happy because we know after it is done, the dog will feel better, and you will be happy all that hair isn’t in your house! We hope to see you again soon!
Yesterday I took my dog there to have his nails trimmed . He is terribly afraid of this and was shaking all over , he also weighs 105 lbs . The girls immediately took him back and let me go along too, Brenda did his nails quickly and comforted him the entire time . I will continue to go there and bring my other two dogs. I give lucky pups a 10 out of 10 rating and highly recommend them .

Just took my puppy here for her first haircut and nail trim, and the groomer Stephanie is amazing! She recommended we start with just the face, arms/legs, and sanitary area and leave the body until next time to see how she would do. My puppy needs some practice, so I'm glad she recommended that puppy cut! She smells and looks beautiful and I will definitely be taking her back for any grooming needs! Stephanie was WONDERFUL with our Shih Tzu, Bowie! He's newly adopted, so she let me know as soon as she was finishing him up so he wouldn't have to wait for me and be crated. When I picked him up, she was carrying him around, and he looked AMAZING! This was our first time grooming him, since the adoption, and we will be coming back every 6-8 weeks for sure! He has an extra pep in his step too, so obviously he enjoyed his pampering! Thank you,Stephanie, and Lucky Pups for taking such good care of our boy!
